Elite top tier membership
I have heard a lot about the BA Premier Card which is an invite only membership for a select number of elite flyers. I was wondering if any other transatlantic airlines offer similar levels of membership? (i.e. those that arn't advertised and can't be achieved thorugh milage consumption - higher than Gold/Platinum level.) And the name of the that membership?

Welcome to FT!
American Airlines: Concierge Key
(There was a Wall Street Journal article a while back that said most airlines have them, or did at the time, but they don't all go public with them. It's one of those "if you have to ask, you're not eligible" things.)

Actually I believe that it is Chairman's Circle with CO. CO Stars is just a revenue tag for CO and it doesn't get you anything really (in fact, it isn't typically disclosed to you if you are one). I was a CO Star while having just made it to Gold, so it doesn't even necessarily correlate to the upper tier.
