TACA miles 1/2 price

This one of the last days, but I jsut found it... how easy is it to book a reward on TACA? And taxes? The miles are 1/2 price this month:
On September, date of our 10th anniversary, we make your dreams come true with this incredible promotion that allows you to buy as many miles as you wish at half the price!
Miles This month* Regular Price*
2,000 $25 $50
4,000 $50 $100
6,000 $75 $150
8,000 $100 $200
10,000 $125 $250
So, even a peak reward to S America (40k) would be 4*$125 = $500.... not bad to buy IMO!
