elite status card?

elite status card?
A few weeks ago my sister and I both became silver elite flyers on continental, but i thought we were supposed to receieve a card in the mail or smoething. We never did and it's been a few weeks since the information showed up in my account. Do they not send cards? Should i contact continental?

assuming it's similar for CO, but DL took about 6-8 weeks to mail my silver medallion card. i've been waiting for my UA premier card for 4 weeks. they're just slow with the processing. you'll get it by thanksgiving, halloween if you're lucky

Just check CO.com and check your account. It should show. You can print a card while you wait for plastic
