I am not sure if it is too late, but I am doing a RTW for biz, and managed to do it all Star Alliance.

However, as a United MP 1K member, I am wondering if there is a way to maximize the number of miles and EQM I can get...

Here is my itinerary

LAX-FRA paid C on LH
FRA-NCE paid C on LH
NCE-MUC paid Y on LH (C was full, sigh)
MUC-BKK paid C on TG
BKK-HAN paid C on TG
HAN-BKK paid C on TG
BKK-LAX paid C on TG

The Star Alliance RTW calculator summed the basic miles at about 21,544.

I know I get 150% elite bonus on the LAX-FRA... and all the other flights (aside from the one Y fare) will get me 125% EQM.

But where am I on redemable miles? Again, I know I get 200% on LAX-FRA, but are the rest just 125% RDM?

Any other suggestions???
