Why is an American magazine sent to Germany to post to Australia ?
Is it getting FF miles?
Or has somwe one in the publishers confused Austria and Australia

When does the first issue normally arrive for new subscribers? I subscribed on 10/31 in order to take advantage of the offer for United Mileage Plus bonus. Will I be receiving the November or December issue?

Got my September edition yesterday, Tuesday 12 November 2002.
Is there an online edition? I think that is supposed to be accessible via a code printed inside the book, right?
I haven't yet received the book associated with a July subscription.
