Are the F/A's Getting Older?

It seems that F/A's have aged 10-15 years on most of my flights.

Maybe it's because most airlines have furloughed the newest hires or fired the youngest F/A's

The 25-30 year old F/A's seem to be replaced with 40-45 year old or 50ish F/A's

Anyone else notice this trend?

Please continue following this thread in "TravelBuzz", as it is not mileage related.
