Booking award travel
I am brand new to this board so first I'll say Hi and next please bare with me because I don't feel quite as savvy as most of you whose posts I've been reading.
Here's my problem/question:
I've been trying to book award travel on USAir for July,2003. I am told that either the seats are gone (I began calling 330 days before, is this possible?) or perhaps the seats haven't been released yet. The reservationists simply don't know and really can't commit to anything. What are your feelings about this? I want to go to AUA and use USAir miles. Do I have any choice other than to sit and wait, call everyday and hope for the best. I'd love to hear your opinions on this.
Thanks all.

Kitty,
hat class of service do you want to use with the award?
Also, you might want to stop by the US Airways section and ask the same question.
Welcome to Flyer Talk.

Kitty,
Also let me extend a welcome to Flyertalk. Since you have reposted your question in the USAirways forum, I'm going to close your thread here.
