I was about to order flowers from FTD to get 30 points / $1 with United, and then I found that Visa is currently having a promotion for 20% off FTD if you pay with your Visa card.

Yep, I use the UR portal as well - it is 15x this month for FTD and ProFlowers. FTD has actually been 15x all year, ProFlowers is normally 10x.

Watch evreward or one of the other tracking portals. Think right now the best offers are 20X through United mileageplusshopping.com (maybe with some other bonus miles for Chase United card holders) and 15X for aadvantageshopping but just recently one of the biggiest (FTD, 1-800-flowers etc) was offering 30X. Go to evreward.com, click browse, click florists, click on the top of the rebate column to sort by that.
