Dear Omni Committee...

Rudi and Catdude, you guys are just the greatest for fostering a sense of family here on FlyerTalk, and as you present these awards on behalf of all of us, I don't think it's fair that you two carry the entire financial burden of the nice awards you send out! How about letting us contribute by offering some moolah, gifts, or whatever, to the "kitty"? I'd sure feel better about it and think it would be kind of fun!

Ditto, in a big way, since I was lucky enough to have enjoyed a reward from Rudi in december, and will enjoy the Catcop's reward throughout 1999.

NEVER - FORGET IT - DELETE IT (the proposition for contributions).

It is fun - and should remain fun - and we should be able to go on with it, as long as we like - without any obligations - so please let it be as it is - thank you. Rudi

I agree with everyone, including Rudi.

This should be fun, and not a financial investment or burden for anyone.

Perhaps the contributions can take another form.

Many of us work for companies who's marketing honchos make up lots of freebies to give away for promotion.

I for one have mouse pads, coffee mugs etc. coming out of my ears. (Not to mention that our free food court stocks mustard pretzels.)

Perhaps these might be contributed?

Somehow I knew y'all would "pooh-pooh" my idea. I, too, have company goodies that I would be happy to distribute. But, do we really want to get into that?

ON behalf of the other HALF of the OMMI Committee: I echo Rudi's sentiments. This should be a fun and FREE endeavour. The only thing you all should wish for is WINNING an OMNI award.

Thank you. THE CAT HAS SPOKEN!!!!

Have a MEOWY Day!!! CATMAN

Welcome back Catman -- how was my old hometown anyway? Hope the underground slowdown didn't slow you down.

Thanks for the welcome back BlondeBomber! I will be posting a mini-report on the underground slowdown under the BUZZ shortly.

OMNI TO PREMEX: I like the name CATDUDE. Maybe I'll change my name! CATMAN

Who or what is OMNI? And what is all this talk about the Catman, Catcop, or Catdude? I feel like coughing up a fur ball.
