It has no annual fee but the transfer ratios between Blue points and mileage programs kinda suck.. plus, you have to transfer in blocks of X miles/points, usually..
The Blue:*Wood ratio is like 8:1. Pretty sucky if you ask me.

It's not miles or points, but applying for a Blue card through ebates.com will get you $15 cash. Go to www.ebates.com and create an account (there used to be $5 referral bonuses, but I'm not sure if they're stil available) and then use the search box to search for "American Express". You should see a link with the following:
"Get paid $15 when you receive an Am Ex Blue Card that offers 0% introductory rate for 6 months, as low as 10.99% fixed APR thereafter and no annual fees."
