If (whenever) this Hilton profile update (and getting miles for it) promotion ends, we will, for sure, have to start (and remind every quarter of the year) a new reminder thread with the message to not forget, that the promotion did end!

Sitting is a suite in Oslo right now. Cost? 10,000 HH points. Hmmm, that is about a year of updates. Tomorrow we will be in a Scandic SUITE in central Copenhagen. (HH have guaranteed this) Also cost only 10,000 points. The HH confirmation slip said room cost in DKK was $US430. These updates are magic, and the Scandic rates are insane if you get them at the 10,000 figure.

The Hilton update bonus does still work. I just did it, 2 months late. The key is that not every change gives you the points; updating my phone number and preferred airline didn't, but updating my address did.

The survey I took two weeks ago posted to my AA account. When I took another survey yesterday, the website said I'd be receiving AA miles.

And if you haven't been to www.opinionplace.com in two weeks, make sure to go and take a survey for up to 300 AA miles.
Hey -- we could start a whole new reminder thread! Or not . . .

Are they looking for people who make the spending decision about only certain products, or people who have only certain occupations?

Hilton also allows you to set up a username and password instead of having to use your account number, you get the 1,000 points for that too (at least I did yesterday)
