LAX-MPX-Dubai on Award without going through or back to LHR?

Any suggestions to go to Dubai with lay over in Milan on Award points with anyone would be appreciated. Especially not having to go through or backtracking via London.

If you're talking about SkyTeam miles, no SkyTeam carrier flies MXP-DXB, so you'd have to connect again in CDG (Air France), AMS (KLM), or SVO (Aeroflot). And you could get from LAX-MXP on SkyTeam without going through LHR any number of ways.

This is not a proper answer. Since you have over 2900 posts on flyertalk I think you should know better. BTW Alitalia also flies non-stop to DXB from Milan.
Additionally, there are many *Alliance members that fly there from Continental Europe.
If you want people to help you please ask a specific question.

One other this the code for Milan is MXP.

Considering you state "any points" I don't see how a scheduling/routing question has anything to do with the latest frequent flyer program buzz. If someone flys there, then someones points will get you there. I'm closing this here.
