are folks here aware of this site ?
I like the idea, ( Am I justobsessive about data like this ? ) but think the site itself could be more attractive.

Yes, I think many folks are aware of it as it was created by a FT who was inspired by a thread started here. Always good to remind folks though. Remember it was made by a volunteer in his spare time.

I tried to add my bump from May 15, 2002 and the site did not allow me leave from BDL (Hartford/Springfield). Too bad. American was offering $300.00 on an oversold flight with space on the next flight. Maybe BDL(Bradley) could be added to the list of airports.

Andy Warner ( [email protected] ) has been very accommodating at adding new airports to flesh out www.bumptracker.com . Drop him a line to get BDL and any other airports added.

It was bump city at Dulles on United Express Thursday. I voluntered my way off the Dayton flight, and eight others who didn't volunteer joined me (nine people on a 29 passenger flight, must be new math for them), they were asking for volunteers Friday morning on the first Dayton flight, a Pittsburg flight, and a couple of others I didn't catch.
If yo uvolunteered you got overnight hotel and a free flight, if you were denied boarding it was the overnight and $600 in vouchers.

I would have prefered to be denied boarding in this case instead of the non-mileage earning free flight.
Also, forget vouchers if you're involuntarily denied boarding. Make them cough up cash.
