Open Jaw and/or Stop Over

Has anyone put together a matrix of what US domestic airlines allow an Open Jaw/Stop Over only or both while claiming an award ticket? If no one has, please help me out with the answers & I can put one together.

e.g.

UA AA CO DL NW Alaska SW AirTran
Stop Over Only
Open Jaw Only
Stop Over & Open Jaw

I think most (if not all) allow an open jaw award. Many allow a stopover - but not in the same geographic region (no stopover in SLC on a JFK-LAX award).

On domestic awards, AA allows both a stopover (anywhere in the 48 states or SJU) and an open-jaw on the same award.
