Not one bit. InsideFlyer gets their subscriber numbers up, which is how they justify higher ad pricing. I get my points, I now have a 5 year sub to IF and my extra subscriptions go to good homes. Magazines don't make money on the yearly subscription, they make money on the advertising. The higher the circulation numbers, the more they can charge. Also, it gets IF into the hands of someone who otherwise might not have subscribed... someone who might renew later on!
