Would a tie be so bad?
I'm finally looking over the Freddie results, and I just have to ask, would a tie in a category be so bad?
For instance, best hotel bonus promotion:
Hilton ~ 8.7563
Hyatt ~ 8.7545
I'm no statistics expert, but isn't that difference statistically insignificant, especially when you consider a person can only vote a whole number?

IN that case... with the vote so close then I would just give it to both of them. But that's just me.
I agree with you beckles, if the difference is less than 0.001 then just give it to both of them!!
OMNI Trivia: They have been ties in lots of awards, including the Academy Awards where in 1968? Barbra Streisand (Funny Girl) and Katherine Hepburn (Guess who's coming to Dinner I think) shared the Best Actress award. But I missed the ENglish award by 0.003 of a point. When I found out I almost boycotted graduation.
Back to topic!: the outcome for the hotels also notes that Hyatt's gaining ground very quickly and Hilton has a fight on its hands for leadership!!! (I guess RWeber is proud!) Let the double points and bonuses begin!!! cATmAN

Ties are like kissing your sister. There has to be a winner or we go to sudden death overtime. And, Catman, that .003 miss on the English Award, is a result of your misspelling of "Software".
