More on JetBlue

A reply to an email I sent to JetBlue about their seat pitch etc...

I am thinking about trying them out on a trip to SJU later this year.

--------------

Hello xxxxx,

Thank you for your email. All of our brand new AIRBUS A320 aircraft
carry 162 passengers. Our planes have a single aisle, with 3 seats on
each side. All of our seats have a 32" pitch, allowing more leg room
than regular coach seating. Each seat is 20.6" wide compared to 19.8"
on most other airlines.

JetBlue offers a variety of drinks and snacks on our flights. Some of
the snacks are:

Breakfast toast
Bagel Chips-Blueberry or cinnamon
Blueberry muffin loaf
Chocolate chip cookies
Animal crackers
Cheese and crackers
Blue corn tortilla
NY style bagel chips
Blue terra chips

(Not all of these are available on each flight.) You are also welcome
to bring your own food on the flight.

Hope all your skies are JetBlue!

I understand they tried removing the blue terra chips from flights, but had to bring them back due to customer demand. I'll be sure to fly them first chance I get!

I hate to admit it, but I would prefer that they use the money towards keeping to prices low instead of starting a FF program. Why mess with a "profitable" airline. Once they become larger it might make sense, but a few "dot.coms" taught us all about trying to be like the big boys too soon. Not that being a big is something to aspire to now!

According to their recent SEC filing, they intend to implement a FF program in 2002.

Blue Terra chips, however, were not mentioned by name.
