BWI Viewing Area
Is the BWI viewing area groundside or airside? I'm trying to find a convenient place to meet a friend (who isn't flying), and it seems not to be indicated on the map of BWI.

It's up a flight of stairs back there, and overlooks the tarmac between B and C. You'll see a lot of CO and WN metal. There are about a hundred seats, a small bar, and an interesting collection of old aircraft parts for inspection: landing-gear tires, a fuselage cross-section, etc.
