AF to India or LH or SW?
A colleague wants to travel to India from NY area with another colleague using AMEX Plat. companion tickets.
Out of the Amex participating airlines AF, LH and SW are all pretty close in terms of C class fares (BA was MUCH higher).
AF has the best connections for them but I have read a number of posts from folks who would gladly have a root canal instead of flying AF.
Is AF so bad that it would be worth hanging out an extra 6-7 hours in FRA or ZRH waiting for connections?

Deech,
I fly to India annually. However, most of the time it is economy. In economy, almost all the airlines are pretty much the same. If your friend is flying to Bombay, maybe you should consider flying DL. I have flown FRA-BOM in Biz/Elite and I did enjoy that. Biz/Elite is a good product.
Sandeep.
