Miles in diff accounts.. want to fly to Asia.. Please help!

Okay, here is the deal.
I have,
92600 miles in BA,
36000 miles in NW,
27000 miles in AA,
8700 miles in UA and
6200 miles in CO.
Is there a way to use all these or some of these to get two economy award tickets to Asia, which is 75000 per ticket on BA?

Since you cannot combine miles from different ff acoounts, i would say no! You can buy a limited number of miles if you are short in BA, but you still will not have enough to get 2 tickets to asia.

Get a Diners Club card and hope that they have a double mile BA promotion this summer. If they have the promotion you may be able to get enough BA miles via signup bonus, usage of the card, and transfer of AA and UA miles to BA via Diners Club points (and in the meantime try to get your AA balance to 30,000 miles and your UA balance to 10,000 miles as the transfer from airlines to Diners must be in multiples of 10,000 miles).

I know i couldnt combine. i was thinking in the lines of HHonors or diners points or something like that. Which is the best way in terms of not losing much in the transactions?

Diners is by far the better conversion tool, only burning 50% of your points vs. 75% of your points with Hilton.
You can convert AA & UA points through Diners and presuming that you inded to do it now you would burn half those miles in the conversion. As well, you can only deposit UA or AA miles in 10000 increments to Diners, so you could only put in 20K AA points and earn 10K BA miles. If you can wait till the summer there is NO burn from this transfer under the Diners BA double miles promotion.
Good luck
