Sep. 11 Security Fee on open-jaws
While booking award travel on NW Website, I discovered that the fee is only $5 if you 'return' to somewhere other than your start. Same rule applies to PFCs (XF taxes) on paid tickets. I guess it's a OW for tax purposes.
