Yes, you can use the lounge. Compared to sitting at the gate (or elsewhere) it's heaven... compared to other RCCs and clubs, it ain't that great!
When I was there -- bare minimum on drinks, and I think the only food available was pretzel sticks. They might have small danishes/pastries in the mornings, however... I don't know.

the RCC is located at C2 and offers (limited) continental breakfast (bread, butter, jam, cheese, coffee) and free booze.
As a (UA PremEx) StarGold you have access to that international RCC. You can also access LH lounges (all business class lounges, also some/most Senator lounges = those with the StarGold sign outside), with a wider drink assortment but less breakfast food-offer.

Thks Rudi..Do you know the available hours for these clubs/lounges in FRA, as we have bizarre tvl times, plus allowance for security lines. I probably shld have posted all my questions in first query.
