How do you transfer Gold Points to AA? Do you have to transfer Gold Points to Radisson (1:1), then Radisson to AA (4:1)?

if there's no time limits on the accumulation of miles on CO & AA credit cards I should hit the "upper" levels within the next 24 months...I had no idea of the existence of such programs...
