move miles INTO GoldPoints?

I've looked on various FF websites and can't really find much, so this is a bit of a pipedream...

I have several thousand FF miles on several "outlier" airlines that I don't use much...

to date I haven't found a way to get them out and into a program that I use often... and, if I could, I'd get hammered on the transfer...

I was thinking with the 4:1 promo that I might be able to move them and take a hit, but not that bad... after all, 12k Delta miles to me aren't worth anything... even if I could transfer them at half-value in CO that would be fine...

I know many airlines have hotel partners, but I can't find a way to get DL and UA miles out of their respective programs into GoldPoints...

any ideas? like I said, this is far-fetched...

Try DL->Diners->CO or DL->Hilton->CO
Same for United

To Diners, miles must be in multiples of 10K
To Hilton, miles must be in multiples of 5K
