Hilton comp
Hi I called HHomors last night to enquire about getting a comp to silver status because all my business is with Holiday Inn right now ( gold ). They comped me to gold right away and did not even want to see my priority gold card they just took my word for it! What a service! What a deal!

FYI --
I am Hilton Gold, and asked about similar status upgrade with Marriott, and was told, NO.
I did get 5,000 points on Marriott Rewards, so the call was not a total waste.
I am still at Hilton most of the time, though. Marriott's incentive was nice, but no cigar.
