another b-class champagne survey
It occurred to me several days ago that it would be nice to have an objective way to determine which airlines were sticking it to their customers the hardest (service wise) as a result of 9-11. I figure, champagne probably serves as a decent frame of reference to which many of us pay attention, so how about another survey.
