Not that I've seen so far. Starwood is the only one that's given anything - makes everyone you attach to it "Preferred Business" members (pseudo Gold) and gives you a signup bonus of 700 Business AAdvantage points if you signup through their link.

Continental seems to be the least restrictive airline program, mostly because it's a "set it and forget it" (like the Starwood.) As long as the employee's Continental number is in their system, you'll get points. As far as I'm concerned, that's "free" incentives because I don't keep having to track down ticket numbers in expense reports

How do these corporate programs work?

Specifically, I am interested in Continental and Starwood / Marriot.

What would we get? What would be the downside?
