Pre-Screening of Frequent Flyers

FAA reviewing option of background checks to pre-screen frequent flyers who volunteer for this. My answer, bring INSPASS to more international gateways and also domestic airports.

Fine with me because I have had my fingeprints taken and background checks done a lot. For business, not pleasure.

That's a great idea. I have been disappointed with the INSPASS program in the past-- not installed at enough locations, machines frequently down, etc.

I hope they do this. INSPASS is a great idea that just needs a little funding to improve the technology. The way the government is throwing around billions these days, it shouldn't be a problem to make INSPASS work everywhere.

I have a gun permit, so they've already done a background check and my prints are on file. For those of us with GA a driver's license, prints are on that also. Something needs to be done ASAP to get things moving.

Considering the types of "code word" security clearances I had in the military, and the associated work, I would think the govt would just certify me as "CLR" and let it go at that.

Took over a year to get one of my code word clearances! You ain't seen a background check until the FBI has to find living people who can testify that your grandparents are who, and what, you said they were on your DD-395 form.
