Checking Available Seats on flights?

How can you do that for CO flights? I am hoping that I get upgraded on my flight tomorrow, but according my online account I have not been upgraded.
EWR-GCM. I spoke with two agents and one told me I should be upgraded 3 days out (hasn't happened) and the other said I would not get a comp upgrade because it is an Int'l flight.
So I thought the best thing I could do now is look at a seating chart to see if seats were even available.
Please assist. Thanks!

If this is for CO, I would suggest you post this on that board.
