Reverse Inquiry

Apologies if this is posted in the wrong forum. Is there a way or a site that can tell me which program an affiliate or partner that I can apply my miles to instead? For example, if I rent from Avis, I would like to know which partners (eg. AA, CO, Delta) are eligbile for me to apply my reward (e.g. 50, 100 miles) for renting from Avis. Thanks.

And of course a guy out in Colorado named Peterson publishes a little monthly called "Inside Flyer" where you can find most of this stuff.
