Need 15,000 Delta sky miles, help!

With all your combined flying and dealing experience, what is the cheapest way to obtain 15,000 Delta Sky Miles by Dec 30th. Thanks.

I assume you mean MQM's, not regular miles. It's probably too late in the year to get in on any of the AMEX deals. Air France has some cheap US-Europe fares right now:
NYC-CDG $330 rt plus taxes
BOS-Budapest $448 rt plus taxes
etc.
Those only net you between 8,000 and 12,000 MQM's, so you'd have to combine them with another Mileage run, or do two quick RT's to Europe.

Mileage needs are 15,000 regular sky miles

I need 100,000 miles to go to Alaska (2 people) in Aug. I only have 85,000. Thus, I need to get 15,000 additional. Amex has a deal for premium, but I am already a member. My wife can become a member, but with transfer fees and rates. the cost will be roughly $ 270.00. Maybe I should take that and run.??? Bestpoppop

You should definitely spend some time in the Delta forum if you have not already. You can start with The Definitive How To Earn Delta Air Lines SkyMiles Thread which many of the fine folks over there have contributed to. Also see the sticky at the top of that forum. Good luck!

As this is Delta board material, and the OP is going to head that direction, I'll close it here in MilesBuzz.
