I'm not sure what you mean by "frequent flyer program codes." There is no official standard set of abbreviations for the names of frequent flyer programs, such as there are for airlines, commercial airports, countries in Internet domain names or Olympic games, etc., etc. Are these abbreviations people have used in FT? In that case, they're whatever the poster felt like using. AAA might, for example, be American Airlines AAdvantage, or it might not. The context might give a clue to the others. Or did you find them somewhere else? In that case, where?

These could be a couple things. They could be award codes used by either a frequent flyer scheme or a hotel program. They are not the IATA codes for airlines since those are strictly two-letter codes such as DL or AS, etc. They could be ICAO airline codes since those were updated i think in the 80s to reflect three-letter codes for airlines. If this is so, it might be:
1. PAS - Pelita Air Service (Indonesia)
2. USA - US Airways
3. AAA - I do not know
4. MID - Midland Air Services (U.K.)
5. LOT - LOT Polish Airlines

But like the others have said, a little more info would help.

Hope this helps.

In the PNR, each FF membership number is prefixed by a 2-letter code signifying the specific FF program where the passenger requests to accrue the miles (the 2-letter code often, if not always, corresponds to the airline which owns the program). In this respect, there is a code that being used, at least internally within the various CRSs.
