A listing of airports which have been security-cleared and are now operational has been made available by the FAA at:

Especially interesting since ohare.com says they are up and running.
But I haven't exactly heard any planes overhead. Weather turning crappy here might be a factor.

I'm surprised that LGA and JFK are open.
ORD still closed.
Edit: CBS just reporting that all NYC airports closed again and 3 men arrested trying to board a flight in New York.
