Fellow flyers : Emerald Club Recently changed their hotel awards again, Don't know if they realized a big mistake or just too stupid by giving away free nights for as little as 100 points. As Randy brought these award levels forward in last months issue of Flyer Talk , it seemed too good to be true. As after only 3 months of possible redemption for a 200 point or 300 point Hyatt award or a 100 point Radisson award Emerald Club sends out letters which I received after the change was made telling of errors in the previous award grid. It would have at least a little professional to give at least 1 month notice not negative one week notice. So Randy are you still switching back to the Emerald Asile?
