Double or more than double miles for flying: only Delta?

Double or more than double miles for flying: only Delta?
While I am novice compared to many of you it seems that when I look back on mrs the lowest per mile costs seemed to be the ones where one received double miles. ( Some on AA and UA also were also comparatively inexpensive.)
Is this an observation that you share? Am I correct that the only presently announced systemwide double miles for flying ( not for using a credit card) starting 9/1/5 is Delta?
