Online Award Redemption for US Airlines
I was doing some research on the major U.S. airlines and specifically focusing on the
On-Line Award Redemption capabilities being offered on their websites.
I have seen that NW/KLM & Delta(domestic only) are 2 airlines that offer this. I am not sure but maybe there might be more.
My concern was does anyone know the issues that airlines face else problems that have in having this system in place. Whereby frequent flyers could redeem most awards online. Rather than do it over the phone.
If someone has any report else information associated with this. I would appreciate it, if he/she could pass it along.
