Where did this ticket come from?
Has anyone ever received a ticket that one didn't order? Did you cancel it? Were you charged for it? Any great deals?
I've got a ticket in the mail EUG-HNL $228 for September travel. I was really surprised. I have a thread in the NW forum called "fulfullment center" with the story behind this, and I don't know how to post a link. The end to this story is that I called customer service and asked them to check this ticket out for me. The supervisor okayed the ticket (due to agent error), and gave me the go ahead for travel.
Yippeeee!!
The fare would be $736 if I actually bought it at the correct price.
Too bad they don't have pandas there.

I've been on the other end. Earlier this year I ordered an AA award ticket which never arrived. I called and found out the ticket was mailed to someone else who had a very similar account number to mine. Fortunately the other person mailed it back and it was recorded in the computer as such, so that when I called in AA was able to help me get another ticket.

PS. If you like pandas, IMO the Beijing Zoo (well done Chinese website) is wonderful, and very convenient to get to. Perhaps you've been there, but if not, the Panda House is not to be missed.
