Tour paackages

Do any airlines and/or frequent guest programs permit accrual and/or upgrades on tour packages?

I am thinking about Hawaii some time in the future and was just curious.

TIA

CO accrues mileage and allows mileage upgrades on their vacation packages.

United Vacations packages permit you to earn MP miles. I don't know if the seats are upgradeable.

General Tours flights count for miles and have generally ran a little less than UA vacations. Some vacataions flights are under other airlines. I don't know the situation with regard to those miles. They also book flights in a couple of different levels. The top being upgradeable.
