I know there are are not many Radisson fans out there but they actually have some satisfactory properties if you hunt and search in some markets.
Radisson is also introducing a new upscale bed with the ability to control the firmness of the mattress.
I might add they have excellent customer service when booking.
Check this co branded AA Radisson promotion out......... ^ ^ :-: :-:
Making it one of the best of this summer season.
The majors are virtually giving up on promotions and Radisson is flying in North America (though exclusive to AA) and in Europe with the Get More promotion I posted weeks ago.
Check it out folks.............
For stays with the correct code on your reservation receive 2000 bonus miles per stay and 500 bonus miles for charging on Citibank Mastercards
Then the standard 500 miles for the stay itself for a grand total of 3 k per stay ^ ^
If that isn't good enough how about 20 dollars breakfast credit per day.
Only one breakfast credit per day regardless of how many stay in the room.
No elite status necessary
For those that are Goldpoints fans you can receive Goldpoints instead of the 500 miles.
But unless you are spending over 400 dollars per stay I would go with the miles...........As the Goldpoints program IMO was rendered somewhat severely weakened in valuation years ago.
Then there are the Goldpoints folks who also manage the Amtrak program.
They have a sad habit of changing partners and promotions by yanking the plug with no warning.
I stick with the miles personally. But to each their own.
Will certainly take a few stays during this promotional period.
Radisson has a great W like property at SFO if it is participating.
And the one outside in San Diego has a good reputation.
I booked it for 125 a night.
Considering the going rates in San Diego I figure the final cost lower then a third party site...........with the breakfast credit and miles.
Happy earning all.

So I guess the cost/mile is about 1-2 cents? Not too bad.
I consider AA mileage to be one of my most valuable currencies.
Regardless of a number of conversations about miles losing their valuation in recent years I still see these worth 2 cents or more the way I use them.Especially to Australia.
A few months ago I booked London to Capetown South Africa round trip for 100 k in first class on British Airways.
Tonight I booked a Radisson out side of Boston for 88 dollars a nite.
When I look at 3 k in miles ,free parking and the twenty dollar breakfast credit I consider it a great deal.
Not all hotels are priced as fair.
In some cases I won't use the property if there are many negative reviews on the forums or it is overpriced
As they say pick and choose and many miles
