miles to points
How do you transfer miles from continental to Hilton Honors program, I am trying to figure out how to do that. When using webflyer mileage calculator, it said you have to go through amtrak rewards, I have an account but am still not sure how to transfer miles into points

There's only a limited amount of airlines you can transfer miles to HHonors points, listed here.
Thus, you'll have to convert your CO miles into Amtrak Reward points (in bundles of 5k) by calling the OP service center, then redeem 5k Amtrak Reward points for 10k Hilton HHonors points (see here.
