Help! Can't Open Mile Tracker
When I "double-click" the desktop icon, or go through "start", "programs", "USA Mile Tracker", I see the hour-glass for ten seconds or so, then nothing. Program doesn't open. I've uninstalled & re-installed about 4 times, the last time with my anti-virus program off -- same result -- nothing! I've sent three e-mails to the Mile Tracker helpdesk but have yet to receive an answer.
Can anybody advise me? I presume it's something on my system, but I can't figure it out?

I had a similar problem. I could open the mile traker but could not update with a message "your internet connection could not be configured" . Same thing was also happening with Microsoft Outlook. Ultimately I had to delete antivirus and antifirewall programs and all of a sudden everything was fine. Cant tell, you have the same problem but you might consider this if everything else fails.
