Question Regarding Quick AirPoll

On the home page for this site there is a short poll with this question - How many "low-fare" frequent flyer programs do you belong to?

What exactly is a 'low-fare' frequent flyer program, can you list the names of some of these programs? Thanks again.

IMHO, it is a dumb poll due to the limited answer choices: zero or one.

To answer your question, it'd be a frequent flyer program associated with a low cost/fare carrier. Some of which include these US carriers: Southwest, JetBlue, AirTran, Frontier, etc. These are not: American, United, Delta, Northwest, Continental or US Airways.

How does one classify America West in these terms?
