Amer Air Chat Board is Down

Have tried for the last hour to use the AA Chat board, but all I get is a freeze on the selection. Other boards come up ok.

Hey doc, any answers or help in getting it fixed?

Thanks

Same here, wanted to go into AA chat area to post a ques, but didn't succeed after 5 trys, so figured to try other areas. Looks like other areas are ok except a bit slow (but maybe just my connection?)

The aa chat board is still down as of the date / time of this message post.

Any status on when it will be back?

Its 10:23 PM in Plano, TX (Dallas) and still NO word on what is going wrong with the AA Chat Room.

Has Talkflyer lost site of "Customer Service"?

No announcement. No front end bulleton warning. Nothing.

As an IT Tech professional, there are a dozen ways in which a website can alert and notify its customers of problems.

After several hours and NO WORD, it looks like Talkflyer is teaching us all about what poor customer service is.

Randy, are you there? Does your staff care?

Not a word to YOUR customers!!!

That does suck!!!

Wow!

Looks not be too rough on our kind hosts!

Anyone want a refund?

More importantly, it seems fine now too!

Apparently there have been problems with access for a couple of days.

FYI... not sure because I have not checked yet, but did you post this in the Flyertalk Technical Issues forum? I know Randy's team checks that forum frequently... not sure they would look in The Buzz for technical problems.
