Most of them have become effectively useless already.

I guess that means we don't have to do any more MR's.

This is the FIRST I have heard of this in APRIL. You would have to be a bunch of FOOLS not to burn up all your miles immediately, because of the imminent termination of all these FF programs.

HURRY!

April Fools?!

Read it once, then thought about it, read it again and saw the date it was posted. Good one. if it were real i would think that there would be media coverage.

Thanks. I think I will transfer them to Hilton points, then move into the local Hilton and live the life of luxury for the rest of my life. (Beats going to a nursery home, and its probably cheaper.)

Wow!! No more FFPs? This site will basically become all OMNI, all the time.

Anyway, thanks for the heads-up. I just finished converting my remaining 2.3 million FF miles through Points.com to Priority Club. That generated just enough for 2 nights at the Holiday Inn in Overland Park. Sweet!! Hello Indoor Pool!!!!

All mileage programs to be terminated? Hmmm. I have a few questions about this that I don't think have been covered before on FT:

1) Will airline employees have priority in getting upgrades over those using miles before April 31?

2) Is it okay for my wife and me to bring our young kids into F if we all get the upgrades?

3) What is the best way to pick up a FA? Is mentioning the termination of the mileage programs a good conversation starter?

4) Is the AmEx Centurion still a good deal without the miles, and how do I get offered that card?

5) Does this mean we no longer have to tip hotel maids?
