Europe in June Please Help
I would really appreciate your hotel and sight suggestions for a family of 4 (two adults & 2 children) traveling to Frankfurt, Innsbruck, Venice, Lake Como, Milan, Nice and London.
I am having a difficult time finding rooms for 4 people and we don't want to split up.
Please help! If I have posted in the wrong area, I apologize. Where should I post?

It's a general travel question, general travel forum. You might want to look in Expedia. Put in your dates, and cities, search for hotels. Then, when the results come back, click on "Villas, Inns, Homes and Condos" in the upper right. Usually gives some good condo style lodgings in each city in which a family of 4 can spread out a little.

I agree, four people in a room in Europe is very unusual. I would allow for the possibility of having to go for two rooms. Rooms with two beds large enough to sleep tow adults and two children will not be easy to find. I understand your problem, but looking at your itinerary, I would imagine that to get that size of room you could try La Perouse at Nice, they certainly would manage that. I would not hold much hope for anything "budget" in these locations. Sorry to sound negative!

I am in the same situation as you and generally need to fit 4 people in a room. What I have found among the big chains is that Marriott seems to be the best - in getting a room with 2 double beds (as in most US hotels). This does not seem to extend to the Renaissance Hotels. Also note that not all Marriotts will let you put 4 in a room.
The downside is that if you are paying for this stay then it can be quite expensive. It does work well if you are redeeming points.
