MILES FOR BALANCE TRANSFERS
Citibank AA for a time was offering miles for balance transfers (and there was not fee). They have long since done away with it, but does anyone know of any other airline/hotel credit cards that offer a similar promotion? Thanks.

When the Mileage Plus card was owned by First Card they would run a promotion every year or so offering miles for balance transfers. I don't recall if they have done that since the portfolio was bought by First USA.
