Question Fare information

I am new to Fare Information . I was searching for AMS-NYC on a direct KL flight. According to the Fare Information the cheapest way is V class which is a round-trip for 299,- euro's. Than, when I take a look at Flight Information all KL flights during the season will never give me a V class. They all look like this:
J9 C9 S9 B9 M9 K9 H9 L9 Q9 T9

Why does V class never show up? I don't understand as Q class is the second cheapest which costs 427,- euro's instead of 299,- euro's.

Also, the K, L and T class don't show up on the Fare Information but are available in Flight Information shown above.

Could someone could explain that to me?

vjg,

Welcome to Flyertalk.

You posted your questions in the "MilesBuzz" board, which is exclusively for mileage and points issues, of general interest. As your question is related to KLM pricing, a specific airline board is a more appropriate home for it.

I recommend you check the KLM and maybe the Northwest boards to see if this subject has been discussed over the last few months, and if not, start a new thread there.

Thanks,
