Miles for Escrow fees

My wife is selling her business and the buyer is (of course) placing the money into an escrow account. Is there any way that miles can be gotten for this transaction? Does anybody have any experience using a credit card with an escrow company?

I beleive I read some where on this board, that escrow requires a guranteed form of payment. A firm payment form does not include credit cards, reason for this, I believe is because you can call in and dispute the charge.

I guess you can compare this to why the post office only allows non-credit card payments for money orders.

Hope this helps.
