Priceline has some great deals. I just started using them for Hotels. Got some Sheratons, Doubletrees, etc. for under $30. Got FF points in some, probably depends on the system and agent at desk.
Sheryl's board helped me understand the process and tricks of the trade. I would welcome a forum on FlyerTalk (after all we do have hotels) - but guess Sheryl's board is probably a single point of contact and may be a better idea.
But, yes, the SPAM is not wanted. At least we all seem to agree on that.
