I have never, ever, once had a single problem getting flight miles credited to OnePass.

While some of you might disagree with the language that I used in my topic, it did serve its purpose. I simply wanted to get some feedback from other travelers. As far as the FF# being on the tickets, it is. I have kept my boarding passes and every single one is an e-ticket with my FF#. For example, I have 4 segments in a round-trip from Houston to Phoenix to Los Angeles. They give me credit for 3 of the 4 segments yet they are all e-tickets with my FF# on the ticket. I send copies of the boarding passes in and nothing is done. Also, I have already tried the 'honey' approach. I have been very polite, respectful, and cordial when I have dealt with one pass personnel. I am simply frustrated and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or maybe a contact that they deal with personally in the one pass center that could help, as the people that I have had to deal with so far have been less than helpful. Once again, thank you for your responses but the bottom line is Continental has screwed up and they have already begun to lose some of my business.

I sometimes have to struggle very hard to keep my UA whining confined to the UA forum. But I do...

Not taking anyone's side here, but I see a clear problem, here... PHX - LAX is HP. Even if flown as a CO codeshare, HP could be not responding to Onepass.

Getting OnePass mileage credit for flights operated by America West changes the picture here entirely.

Did you by any chance have any flight irregularities that caused a change to a flight number other then the original e-ticket? If so it almost guarantees that you don't get credited.

You are going to have to mail in the boarding pass to OnePass and expect to wait about 2 months for the credit to post to your account.

I must have about 20 letters in my HP-OnePass file requesting credit for flights since the partnership began in the mid '90's.

Lots of luck, and avoid HP unless you are not in a hurry.

Fine, now change the language.

Also, have you tried soliciting the fine minds at the CO board??
